QMS Training

ALL training is conducted ON-SITE, on YOUR SCHEDULE. Our proven training methodology reduces the time required, thus minimizing any disruption to your daily operations as well as keeping costs down. To ensure that the training addresses the unique requirements of YOUR business, we utilize information that is specific to YOUR organization.

Internal / Lead Auditor Training

We train your selected personnel to be Internal Auditors. Each auditor will be trained to conduct internal audits, report on performance and note any non-conforming issues (NCRs – Non-Conformance Report) and document when corrections have been made (CARs – Corrective Action Report). Auditors will have the knowledge and ability to implement and document these at the conclusion of training.

Employees will also learn how to identify processes and procedures that need to be implemented and/or corrected. Auditors will have the knowledge and ability to implement and document these at the conclusion of training. As part of the Auditor training, a full, company-wide audit will be conducted and all necessary corrective actions will be addressed.

At the conclusion of training, Auditors will have the knowledge, ability, and confidence to “take ownership” of the QMS.
